Initial contact. The client contacts us via
telephone, email or our website. |

We send you a detailed checklist of what is
needed for SETA accreditation. |

Once we have received the completed
checklist, we arrange a free consultation with
you to establish your readiness for SETA
accreditation. |

We then supply you with a detailed quote. |

You can now scrutinise the quote and decide
how much you want to do independently; how much
you would like us to project manage, and how
much you would like us to do. |

Once the quote has been finalised and signed
and the deposit paid, we will commence the work
as agreed upon. |

The customised work will be handed over
within the agreed timeframe. |

Sign off and payment of the balance. |

Additional service: We will be present at
your SETA site visit if you so require. |

Should there be any remediation as a result
